One byproduct of processing rabbit is their beautiful pelts. Learn natural tanning techniques from scraping to finished product. Also, learn basic rabbit cooking and sample this delicious and prolific food source. This class runs over two weekends. Sunday afternoon will be spent scraping pelts and cooking the offal bits of rabbit. The following Saturday will be spent finishing the pelts and cooking a full rabbit.

*This class and the Rabbit Processing class are offered separately. If you sign up for both you will be tanning the pelt of the rabbit you processed. We also have space for additional participants to join and only do the tanning and cooking portion. Those who sign up for both classes receive a discount of $25 dollars (or $130 per person + $40 materials fees). To receive the discount for both classes, please use the coupon code RABBIT25 when enrolling in the Pelt Tanning and Rabbit Cooking class.
